    Terms and Conditions

    1. Call for Entries: 26 January 2026 to 25 February 2026
    2. Criteria Establishment: Women Leadership, Next Gen Youth, Sustainable Economic Development, Environment Conservation, Culture and Heritage Conservation, Local Employment Generation and Economic Benefits, Market Place for Local Products, Community Led Initiatives, Regenerative Agriculture, Government Initiatives, Digital Innovations, Future Plans of The Agri Tourism Centre, These Criteria Include Factors Such As Innovation, Sustainability, Community Impact, Visitor Experience.
    3. Judging Panel: A panel of judges, comprised of Global Agri Tourism Network Office bearers along with experts in the field of Agri-tourism, sustainability, tourism, industry, professionals, academics, government representatives, previous award winners and related areas, is selected to review the entries.
    4. Initial Review: Judges conduct an initial review of the entries to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria and adhere to the submission guidelines.
    5. Scoring or Evaluation Process: Judges evaluate each entry based on the established criteria. This evaluation involved scoring entries against each criterion or providing qualitative assessments.
    6. Deliberation: After individual evaluations, judges may convene to discuss the entries, share insights, and reach a consensus on the finalists or winners.
    7. Finalist Selection: Based on the evaluations and deliberations
    8. Winner Determination: winners are selected based on the judges’ evaluations and deliberations
    9. Award Presentation: The winners are announced in the first week of March, 2026 and honoured at an awards ceremony, held in conjunction with 1st Global Agri Tourism Conference 23- 25 June 2026 in Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom. Winners, or their representatives, are expected to attend the First Global Agri Tourism Conference 2026 in person.
    10. World Agri Tourism Awards 2026: Coveted Certificate of Excellence in the Global Agri Tourism Sector
    11. Post-Award Promotion: The organizers will engage in post-award promotion to highlight the winners, share best practices, and encourage further innovation in Agri-tourism.
    12. Please Note:  All Relevant Expenses for the Travel, Accommodation, and Registration (offline / online participation) to 1st Global Agri Tourism Conference 2026 event should be done by the Applicant.
